The World Affairs Council is capitalizing on new technology to find innovative ways to connect students to the world. Last week, Ms. Molly Montague’s sixth grade class at Catherine Blaine K-8 School talked via Skype with Irina Chernenkaya, Deputy Director of the American Center in Moscow.
