Global Classroom has had a busy, but very successful year. The completion of a series of 10 Teacher Development Programs, work done on the "Global Futures" project with Second Life and Skoolaborate, collaboration with international visitors, and the Global Youth Leadership Institute have provided educators and students with experiences to learn from and remember for years to come. No snow days for Global Classroom this winter! Global Classroom has been busy opening up the world to Puget Sound area teachers and students with visitors from around the world, NGOs involved connecting students and teachers with international people, key note speakers including a dozen journalists from Georgia, an ambassador, and a Nobel Laureate engaging all through their real life experiences.
