Programs
Community
Programs is the public face of the Seattle World Affairs
Council. Each year Community Programs is responsible for
over 120 lectures, luncheons and symposiums with global
leaders and policy makers.
International
Visitor Program
The International Visitor Program of the
World Affairs Council promotes citizen diplomacy by coordinating
educational and professional programs for international
professionals and youth visiting the Puget Sound area. View Visitor

Classroom
The Global Classroom program connects teachers
and students with international resources, ideas, and
people through a combination of professional development
trainings, speaker series, curriculum design, and youth
programs.
Young
Professionals International Network
The Young Professionals International
Network (YPIN) offers activities and social events geared
especially to the interests of our members in their 20s
and 30s.
Global
Youth Leadership Program Through the Global
Youth Leadership Program, the International Visitor Program
brings youth from around the globe to the Puget Sound area
to engage in intensive leadership and civic engagement trainings
and workshops.
Fellows
Program
The World Affairs Council Fellows Program
gives an exclusive group of current and future Puget Sound
business and community leaders access to high-caliber international
experts and enables them to develop contacts with their
local counterparts.
Travel
with the World Affairs Council
The World Affairs Council of Seattle has
partnered with the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia
to offer unique travel opportunities to our members. Travel
to fascinating destinations and have access to expert speakers,
political leaders, and substantive in-country briefings.
