Mr.
Tung came to Seattle from Hong Kong in January of 2007 to
explore U.S. best practices of human resources management
in the police force, counter-terrorism and disaster response
as well as community policing in the U.S. Some of his appointments
included the Boeing Everett Plant, the FBI, the Seattle Police
Department and many more exciting experiences.
