delegation of 6 Judges from Russia came to Seattle to examine court
systems, including civil and criminal cases, law enforcement, prison
system, legal education, and private practice of law in the U.S. |

delegation of 15 from the People's Republic of China visited with
directors of the Red Cross to discuss the Red Cross in American
society as well as management issues and disaster response. |
