GLX Programs: January 2023

The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the World Affairs Council which is a member of Global Ties U.S.

Mental Health Resilience in Youth: Five psychologists and performance coaches from Bahrain, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia will visit Seattle to highlight the role that local government, civil society, and academic institutions play in promoting mental health resilience in young people.

Strengthening Municipal Governance: Seven civil servants from Bhutan will discuss best practices for local disaster, environment, infrastructure, and land use policies, as well as observation of local government processes.
