The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the World Affairs Council which is a member of Global Ties U.S.
U.S. Foreign Policy & Decision Making: This virtual project for participants from around the world will examine U.S. foreign policy processes and priorities, and trends in U.S. international relations; domestic political and socioeconomic forces and stakeholders that influence U.S. foreign policy decisions; and the role of media in informing the public and influencing the policy process.
Leadership Development for Young Indigenous Leaders: This virtual project will facilitate sharing the knowledge and experiences of rural leaders and representatives of indigenous organizations from Bolivia and the United States to help them engage with public policies, particularly those concerning land rights.
The Central and Eastern Europe Journalist Fellowship Program is funded by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Paris and implemented by Meridian International Center in partnership with the World Affairs Council.
