Update on Sustainable Development Goals with Mark Suzman

In September 2015, United Nations member states adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years. In order to meet these goals, the UN has emphasized the need for governments, the private sector, and civil society to work together.

Mark Suzman, Chief Strategy Officer and President of Global Policy and Advocacy for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, will provide an update on the progress made towards the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
