Schwartz Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, for a discussion on his new book Failure to Adjust: How Americans Got Left Behind in the Global Economy. The conversation was moderated by President of the Washington Council on International Trade (WCIT), Lori Otto Punke. Topics addressed during the discussion included America’s trust in the trade agreement process, our transition into the global economy, and how we can better integrate Americans into the global economy.
