This document is intended to assist teachers who are implementing the Dig Deep: Analyze Artifacts CBA for middle school students, but may also be useful to anyone teaching about world history and geography.

The Dig Deep CBA asks students to select and describe a time period using specific primary sources. Resources listed here will help students begin to examine the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire under Suleiman the Magnificent (1520-1566).
