Mark Vitantonio
Mark Vitantonio is a global logistics and strategy executive with 30+ years of international leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force. He has led operations across Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific, managing teams of 250+ and budgets over $500 million in support of U.S. foreign policy and security objectives.
Mark has executed multinational logistics operations, including the coordination of $23 billion in Ukraine support and the evacuation planning for Afghan refugees. In South Korea, he partnered with the Ministry of Defense to align U.S. infrastructure investments with regional economic goals.
With expertise in international negotiation, crisis response, and cross-cultural collaboration, Mark is passionate about strengthening global partnerships. He holds advanced degrees in business, education, and military strategy, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Now based in Seattle, Mark seeks to contribute his global perspective and national security experience to the World Affairs Council community.
