Winston Yeung is a Seattle-based real estate developer and civic leader focused on sustainable and inclusive urban growth. He has led investment, development, and housing initiatives for over 25 years, building cross-sector partnerships that balance investment with community impact.

In addition to his business ventures, Winston is deeply committed to civic and community engagement. He is active in Seattle’s cultural and nonprofit landscape, supporting educational and social justice initiatives, and has sat on the boards of several arts and education institutions.  His global perspective is shaped by extensive international travel, immigrant family roots, and study of how cities worldwide confront challenges of growth, resilience, and equity.
