The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the World Affairs Council which is a member of Global Ties U.S.
G3P Visitor: Sho Hibino | Senior Scientific Officer, Administration Division: Sho Hibino, the Senior Scientific Officer at the Japan Meteorological Agency, will come to Seattle this month to learn about U.S. scientific R&D for marine research compared to that of Japan, and observe the latest weather and climate technologies focusing on the marine field.

Open World is a U.S. Congress initiative that is administered by the Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL) in partnership with the World Affairs Council.
Open World - Georgia: Through this Congressional program, five special education teachers, behavioral, sensory, and speech therapists, and clinical directors are coming to Seattle to learn about approaches for children with autism spectrum disorder and related challenges, assess children's sensory, behavioral, and functional abilities, and plan individualized and supervision programs to ensure children are able to thrive.
