75th Anniversary Summer Wine Tasting

Join us on Wednesday, August 5, from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the gardens of Chateau Lill in Woodinville — one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful event settings overlooking the Sammamish Valley wine country. Explore the gardens, linger on the patio, and enjoy carefully selected varietals from four local Woodinville wineries, each pouring wines that reflect the remarkable range of our region's winemaking. Light food will be served throughout the evening. Please note that this is an adults-only event for guests aged 21 and older.
Since 1951, the World Affairs Council has united people who believe that global understanding and human connection are the foundation of a better world. This evening is a chance to experience that community firsthand — and your ticket directly supports the work that will carry it forward for the next 75 years.
A note on tickets: Membership in the World Affairs Council starts at just $75 a year — and members receive a discounted ticket price of $50 for this event, saving $75 off the general admission price of $125. Good wine deserves a safe ride home. We encourage guests to use rideshare or take advantage of our complimentary round-trip bus from downtown Seattle. Limited parking is also available at the venue.
