Julian Diaz-Morales

ulian Diaz-Morales is a Senior Corporate Counsel in Microsoft’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization, where he acts as product counsel for the Windows and Devices engineering organization. Julian is the frontline legal support for engineering clients such as Windows Accessibility, Windows Education, Windows Servicing and Delivery as well as Windows’ Design and Research team. Julian is known for his expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes and delivering strategic solutions.

Likewise, he is dedicated to delivering compliance for the ever-expanding regulatory landscape for the tech industry and works diligently with various departments to align legal strategies with business objectives. In addition, Julian is committed to culture and inclusion and acts as the Hispanic and Latinx inclusion network’s Chair (HOLA CELA).

Prior to Microsoft, he had a varied career as a technology in-house counsel, litigator, and stints at the public sector as well as non-profit in his native Puerto Rico. Julian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LL.M from the George Washington University School of Law.
