The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the World Affairs Council which is a member of Global Ties U.S.

U.S. Judicial System: Six law enforcement officials, judges, lawyers, court administrators, and professors from throughout the Near East and North Africa will visit Seattle to discuss judicial integrity, alternative justice systems and dispute resolution, victims’ rights, services, and advocacy.

Promoting Market-Based Advances in Forest Governance: Six members of the forestry ministers, policy analysts, and heads of environment representing Indonesia will visit Seattle to examine industrial forestry and working forest management, technology-enabled forestry operations, and reforestation and rural economic resistances.
