The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the World Affairs Council which is a member of Global Ties U.S.
Strengthening Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing: Four leaders representing Pakistan will visit Seattle to examine how to strengthen their AML/CFT efforts through advanced training, international cooperation, and policy development to combat evolving financial crimes.
Countering Transnational Crime: Four leaders representing Kyrgyz Republic will visit Seattle to examine how the American criminal justice system and how federal, state, and local authorities combat transnational crimes, while exploring opportunities for collaboration between U.S. and Kyrgyz partners.

The Korean Student Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program is administered by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) in partnership with the World Affairs Council.
Korean Student Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program: Thirty students from Korea are coming to Seattle for a global entrepreneurship and leadership training program in partnership with University of Washington CoMotion, the World Affairs Council, and Gyeongsan Innovation Academy. This eight-week immersion, hosted in Seattle, Washington, is designed to prepare students for success in today’s global innovation economy through real-world startup training, hands-on project experience, and cultural immersion. Participants will explore the startup journey from ideation to go-to-market and funding, while developing a complete pitch deck for a startup idea of their own.

The On-Demand Youth Leadership Program (ODYLP) is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs administered by Legacy International in partnership with World Affairs Council.
On Demand Youth Leadership Program: AI, Innovation, and Youth Leadership: 18 youth leaders aged 15 - 18 from The Republic of Korea, Kosovo, and the United States and three adult mentors (25+) will visit Seattle for a program focusing on digital innovation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to address community issues. The On Demand Youth Leadership Program (ODYLP) is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), administered by Legacy International to empower participating youth to use leadership skills to identify and seek solutions to pressing global and community issues, and learn how to use digital technologies and social media can help inspire others. These 18 students have gone through an intensive selection process to participate in this scholarship exchange trip. They were selected based on their leadership skills and dedication to leadership in their communities, and will stay with host families for full cultural immersion.
