Women in Cybersecurity: Promoting Global Cyber Resilience through Partnership

Join us at City University as we hear from Fellows participating in the 2026 CRDF Global's Regional Cybersecurity Fellowship, a U.S. Department of State–funded program administered by CRDF Global for mid-career cybersecurity professionals from the Western Balkans. During this roundtable luncheon, the Fellows will share their experiences in the United States and impart cybersecurity best practices.
Meet the Fellows:
Sabrina Qypi is a Cybercrime Analyst with the Albanian State Police, where she investigates online crimes such as fraud, hacking, phishing, and identity theft, analyzes digital evidence and cyber threats, and prepares analytical reports for prosecutors and courts. Previously, she served as a Strategic Data Analyst supporting national and EU-led initiatives on serious and organized crime, including the Albanian Serious and Organized Crime Threat Assessment (SOCTA), Southern Europe Police Chiefs Association (SEPCA) threat assessments, and European Multidisciplinary Platform Against Criminal Threats (EMPACT) operational planning. In parallel, she contributes as an Expert to the Council of Europe’s Committee on Artificial Intelligence, advising on the legal, ethical, and security implications of AI in public security and international governance. Her background spans operational policing, crime investigation, and advanced data analysis, with extensive experience collaborating with EUROPOL, INTERPOL, and other international stakeholders.
Olgerta Prendi is the Founding President of CAS Albania, a national chapter of the international non-profit dedicated to advancing excellence in testing, inspection, certification, and accreditation. She currently serves as a Senior Cyber Security Specialist in the Cyber Incident Simulation Unit at Albania’s National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA), where she leads proactive simulated cyber-attacks against critical national systems, identifies vulnerabilities, and supports comprehensive security audits and risk assessments aligned with national and
international standards. Olgerta previously worked as a Cyber Security Specialist at Axians Albania, where she supported security implementation and documentation for web and database applications, led system upgrades for the banking sector, and managed security assessments, compliance monitoring, and client training. She also contributes as an Independent External Expert for the COST Association and provides cybersecurity training to students through Free Students Albania. Her experience spans offensive security, security governance, and capacity-building, with a strong record of strengthening national cyber resilience and building professional cybersecurity communities.
Ena Vuk is a Business Development Manager at King ICT Sarajevo, where she identifies and develops new business opportunities in information security and cybersecurity services, bridging technical teams, vendors, and customers to support presales, solution positioning, and strategic partnerships. Previously, she served as IT System Manager at BH Telecom, leading the information security team and overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, project management, and procurement for IT security initiatives, including the implementation of a Security Operation Center. Before that, Ena worked as a Security Engineer at BH Telecom, implementing and administering security solutions such as IBM QRadar, Guardium, Trellix DLP, and Check Point NGFW, leading Fortinet security deployments, and contributing to vulnerability management and penetration testing efforts. Her background combines technical cybersecurity expertise with leadership in security strategy, operations, and business development.
Andreja Mihailovic is a cybersecurity policy expert, legal scholar, and educator with extensive experience at the intersection of incident response, digital forensics, and cybersecurity governance. She currently serves as Manager of the Cybersecurity Innovation Hub within the Ulysseus European University Alliance, where she leads international initiatives in cybersecurity education, research, and innovation. Andreja has advised national institutions on cybersecurity governance and legislative reform, including training Members of the Montenegrin Parliament in support of the adoption of the Law on Information Security. She is a lecturer at the University of Montenegro and an adjunct lecturer at University College Cork, specializing in cybercrime, electronic evidence, and digital forensics. Her work spans policy development, legal frameworks for cyber incident response, and capacity building for public institutions, judges, and prosecutors across the Western Balkans.

Morgan Zantua is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Center for Cybersecurity Innovation at the City University of Seattle. Her research focuses on developing competitive cybersecurity talent and addressing the challenge of preparing high-performing cybersecurity professionals. As an experienced systems designer, Morgan is passionate about creating cyber career pathways. She also serves as an Independent Consultant for Changing Lanes LLC. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design and Organization Systems Renewal from Antioch University Seattle.
