On August 4, 2020 an explosion rocked the Port of Beirut. The explosion left thousands injured, hundreds of thousands homeless and upwards of 15 billion in property damage. Global Café is a YPIN discussion series where participants get together to examine and analyze some of the biggest topics in Global Affairs today. In this Global Café, we will discuss the role and responsibility of the local government, foreign nations and international NGOs in rebuilding Beirut.
