Alexander Kegel

Alexander Kegel is a Boston native who has been in the greater Seattle area for over two decades. He is transitioning from previous work in the international exchanges sector to bilingual customer support for Nintendo in Redmond. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington with a dual major in French and International Studies, specializing in Foreign Policy as well as a Graduate Certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the City University of Seattle. Having studied in France, Alex also graduated from the Université de Nantes with a Diplôme Universitaire des Etudes Françaises in French Literature and Culture. He speaks both French, fluently, and Arabic, much less so, and enjoyed using them to travel to over 15 countries with many more on a wish list. When not traveling, Alex enjoys hiking in the North and Central Cascades, reading books, cooking, playing video games and not using the Oxford Comma.
