Dominique DeVaux Jeffords
| Dominique Devaux-Jeffords is a Senior Manager in T-Mobile's Cybersecurity organization, where she leads Cyber Resiliency strategy, Crown Jewels protection, and SOX-aligned portfolio governance for one of the nation's largest telecommunications carriers.
With over a decade of experience in technology and security leadership, Dominique has built her career at the intersection of critical infrastructure protection, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance. Her work routinely engages the geopolitical realities of modern telecommunications; from nation-state cyber threats to security compliance policy. Known for translating complex technical risk into clear executive strategy, she partners across legal, compliance, government affairs, and senior leadership to drive programs that protect T-Mobile's most critical assets and customers. Dominique is on a Director-track trajectory and is deeply committed to growing as a global leader; not just a technical one. She brings to the Fellows program a practitioner's lens on how international decisions shape domestic security, and a genuine desire to close the gap between the cybersecurity world she works in and the geopolitical forces that drive it. She is based in the Pacific Northwest. |
