Erica Walters

Erica Walters is deeply committed to implementing equitable climate solutions that improve day-to-day lives. In her role as Air Resource Associate at the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, she coordinates regional climate action plans and programs. She previously worked for Boulder County, Colorado’s Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience to support small businesses implementing energy efficiency projects, and she has experience consulting for public sector clients on culturally relevant and equitable climate action programs through her work with Monarca Group. Erica loves learning from others across cultural contexts, maintaining her Spanish skills, biking around Seattle, and backpacking.
