Jocelyn Huang
Jocelyn is an attorney with Stoel Rives LLP whose practice is focused on the development and financing of renewable energy projects. Before moving to Seattle, she was an attorney with Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York where she represented investment banks, multilateral financial institutions, U.S. agencies and foreign export-import banks in connection with energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean.
Jocelyn is particularly interested in topics of sustainable development and alternative financing options for the developing world. Her JD studies were concentrated on international development finance, with an emphasis on Latin America. She has additional experience in the area of human rights, including a partnership with a Haitian human rights organization to help implement outreach programs in northern Haiti. She also previously served as a research assistant to the Latin America representative to the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention.
