Kathleen Allen

Kathleen is the Associate Director at the UW Foster School of Business’ Global Business Center (GBC). She has worked at GBC for nine years and absolutely loves her job! She works closely with the Director on Center-wide strategic planning, fundraising and advisory board engagement. Kathleen is also responsible for overseeing all undergraduate global programs, including three international case competitions and all business study abroad programs. She is a graduate of the UW Foster School of Business with a BA in Business Administration and Spanish. While attending the UW, she also received a Certificate of International Studies in Business and interned at the Consulate of México. She also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the UW Evans School of Public Affairs. Kathleen has worked, studied or traveled independently in over 30 countries, and speaks Spanish fluently.
