Kristyn Mininni
Kristyn Mininni serves as the Center for Leadership and Innovation Coordinator at St. Thomas School, where she helps design and support leadership development programs, innovative learning initiatives, and service-learning opportunities for students.
Her work focuses on creating engaging educational experiences that connect classroom learning to real-world impact. Through service-learning programs, Kristyn develops opportunities that align with academic goals while helping students understand how they can contribute meaningfully to their schools, communities, and the broader world.
Kristyn is passionate about nurturing student leadership, fostering innovation, and empowering young people to recognize their ability to create positive change. She believes that experiential learning and service are powerful tools for developing globally minded citizens and is excited to bring new perspectives from the fellowship into her work.
