Natalie Pond
Natalie Pond graduated from Whitman College in 2014 with a BA in English Literature. After several rewarding years in non-profit volunteer services, communications, and strategic partnerships, she returned to school in the fall of 2017 and is a first-year Masters in Public Administration Candidate at the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. Natalie focuses her work on policies related to gender equity, protection of LGBTQ communities, and health as a human right, with an emphasis on global human rights policy. Her travel experiences include extensive time spent in Ecuador and New Zealand, brief trips to Colombia, Mexico, and Germany, and multiple visits to Turkey. Outside of the classroom and the office, Natalie is involved in UW's Womxn's Action Commission and the Evans School's Non-Profit student interest group. She loves to read, practice yoga, hike, run, and garden.
