| Nivruti (Niv) Sridhar is a sustainability and business leader with more than a decade of experience guiding multinational organizations through climate‑risk integration, global regulatory change, and enterprise‑wide transformation. She currently serves as Director of Sustainability and Climate Risk at Realty Income, a global real estate investment trust with operations across the U.S., U.K., and Europe.
Her work focuses on building governance systems, operating models, and data architectures that translate sustainability strategy into measurable business outcomes. She has led climate‑risk integration across global portfolios, developed decarbonization frameworks, and directed multi‑year sustainability reporting aligned with emerging international standards. Previously, Niv advised global clients at PwC and Ramboll on climate reporting, decarbonization pathways, and regulatory readiness. Earlier in her career, she supported national‑scale energy efficiency initiatives in India, contributing to policy development and public‑private partnerships. She holds an MBA from UVA Darden and a Master’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
