Omar Vasquez
| Omar Vasquez serves as Associate General Counsel, where he provides legal and regulatory planning across the firm’s investment and business activities. His practice focuses on investment adviser regulation; global public and private investment transactions across the private equity, private credit, venture capital, and public equities asset classes, and trust and estate client advisory. Prior to joining Cercano, Omar was in-house counsel for Vulcan Capital and a corporate/securities attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle.
Omar graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. |
