Seng Mai
I am originally from Kachin State, Burma. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Washington, majoring in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies through the Fulbright program. I speak three languages: Kachin, Burmese, and English, and I am learning Korean and Chinese.
Throughout my background in teaching, student advising, and educational administration, I have witnessed various obstacles that hinder students in pursuing quality education, and I am enthusiastic about promoting inclusive intercultural education for all students. I am committed to creating a positive impact and meaningful change in communities through education.
