Stephanie Mikulasek

Stephanie is the founder of The ServantEdge LLC, which leverages public speaking, international immersion experiences, and executive coaching to cultivate game changing, visionary, and servant-hearted leaders.  Her specialization is helping people unravel fear, disconnect, and burnout to then go out and lead with deep alignment, profound awareness, and action with significance. Stephanie leverages decades of coaching experience and experience in government, the private sector, and academia.

Previously, Stephanie was a U.S. Diplomat with USAID and the U.S. Department of State, serving in the Eastern Caribbean, Washington DC, Afghanistan, Panama, El Salvador, Chile, and Tanzania. Prior to government service, Stephanie worked in the Silicon Valley’s private sector as well as academia, including five years in Zimbabwe. Recipient of several awards, Stephanie became an ICF-certified Executive Coach from Georgetown University in 2022. Her current doctoral work at George Mason University is focused on how to leverage immersion experiences to develop transformational leaders, which builds on her MPA in International Management and a MA in World Religions and Cultures.

Originally from California, Stephanie adores her two daughters juggling college in Los Angeles and Cambridge while calling the Pacific Northwest home.
