Tina Pierce

Tina Pierce is the Director of International Accounting at Milliman Inc, and has been with the company for over 20 years now. She worked her way up to this position, leading a team of international accountants (Seattle, Paris, Warsaw, and New Delhi), who oversee all accounting and audits for 40+ subsidiaries around the world.

As a member of the Finance Department's leadership team, she plays a role in its strategic operations, from audit efficiencies to tax/legal structure. In addition, as a member of the firm's Global Expansion Committee, she works with others to provide leaders with strategic input on potential growth opportunities around the world.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photographing, and is a member of Sound Transit's Community Oversight Panel as the N King County representative.
