Zoe Facilla is the principal of McDonald International School, a K-5 dual language immersion public school offering pathways in Japanese and Spanish language learning. Now in her 29th year as an educator, Zoe has dedicated her career to creating innovative learning environments that prepare students for success in a globally connected world.
At McDonald International, she champions a school mission focused on developing informed, compassionate global citizens through language acquisition, cultural understanding, and international-minded learning experiences. Under her leadership, students are encouraged to develop empathy, curiosity, and the skills needed to engage thoughtfully with diverse perspectives.
